CRIPPLING TERROR
(Passive)

Whenever a character with Fear dies, that character cannot be revived, heal self up to MAX HP, and permanently increase All Stats of self by 100%. Deal true damage to each enemy with Fear equal to 50% of their CURRENT HP at the start of your turn. Each enemy with Fear becomes your Prey for 1 turn at the start of your turn. Whenever your Prey deals damage to you, inflict Perfect Stun for 1 turn and deal a devastating hit of physical damage to them. Inflict Innate Blind and Innate Silence for 1 turn to your Prey after every action. If you kill your Prey, up to one random enemy becomes your Prey and is inflicted with Fear, Instant Blind and Instant Silence for 2 turns. 40% Chance to inflict Unblockable Stun for 1 turn on each enemy with Fear after every action.
