This effect cannot remove base Stat Increase effects from Bespoke Cosmic Talismans and does not apply to bosses.
• Inflict Exhaust, Toxic Burn and Scalding Burn on all enemies for 2 turns.
• Reduce Max HP on each enemy by 25%.
